Blue Jays’ Hernandez reinstated from restricted list, will be active vs. Rangers

Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Teoscar Hernandez has been reinstated from the restricted list and will be active for Sunday’s series finale against the Texas Rangers.

Toronto also optioned infielder Otto Lopez to triple-A Buffalo.
